Delivery Charges are calculated on the gross weight of your order.
All items will be sent within 5 days of receiving your order and payment. All custom orders will be sent within 7 days of receiving your order and payment. We only send items to your paypal address. Please ensure you have correct address and also a contact number. Your order will be sent through Australia Post as Regular Mail unless customer requests Express or Registered Post. Udderly Gorgeous will hold no responsibility for regular parcels lost during transit, so I encourage customers to purchase Registered Post. All Express Post orders should be received within 5 working days All Regular Post orders should be received within 7-14 working days. If you have any special delivery instructions, please enter these comments in Your Message on check out. Pick UpIf you find an item you like and live in the Dubbo area. Pick up is available at the next market. We attend markets in Dubbo regularly and other markets in the surrounding area. Please contact us about the item and we will organise the pick up time.

Faults Damages Errors Exchange Refunds
Queries relating to Faults, Damages and Errors must be made to Udderly Gorgeous within 7 days of receipt. No claim will be accepted after that time.
Faults/Damages: If you have received goods which are damaged or faulty, they will have to be assessed as being faulty/damaged. Please email or phone within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once goods are found to be damaged or faulty you can either receive a refund or exchange if available. Please make sure the items are packaged and sent back in same condition as received.
Errors: Every care is taken in our description to give correct detail of size, colour and measurement, however product colours may differ between various operating systems and screen types can alter the viewing colours and images. Each order is checked carefully, however mistakes do occur occasionally, despite our best intentions. If an incorrect item has been sent we will happily rectify immediately once advised.
We do not accept liability for any return goods lost in transit if sent regular mail.
